Whatever happens, dear friends, be glad in the Lord. I never get tired of telling you this and it is good for you to hear it again and again.
Watch out for those wicked men — dangerous dogs, I call them — who say you must be circumcised be saved. For it isn’t the cutting of our bodies that makes us children of God; it is worshiping him with our spirits. That is the only true circumcision. We Christians glory in Christ Jesus has done for us and realize that we are helpless to save ourselves.
If anyone ever had reason to hope that he could save himself, he would be I. If others could be saved by what they are, certainly I could!
For I went through the Jewish initiation ceremony when I was eight days old, having been born into a pure blooded Jewish home that was a branch of the old original Benjamin family. So I was a real Jew if there ever was one! What’s more, I was a member of the Pharisees, who demanded the strictest obedience every Jewish law and custom. Insincere? Yes, so much so that I greatly persecuted the church; and tried to obey every Jewish rule and regulation right down to the very last point.
But all these things that I once thought were very worthwhile — now I’ve thrown them all away so that I can put my trust and hope in Christ alone. Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the priceless gain of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. I have put aside all else, counting it worth less than nothing. In order that I can have Christ, and become one with him, no longer counting on being saved by the been good enough for by obeying God’s laws, but by trusting Christ to save me; for God’s way of making us right with himself depends on a — counting on Christ alone. Now I have given up everything else — I have found it to be the only way really to know Christ and to experience the mighty power that brought him back to life again, and to find out what it means to suffer and to die with him.
So, whatever it takes, I will be the one who lives in the newness of life of those who are alive from the dead.
I don’t mean to say I am perfect. I haven’t learned all I should even yet, I keep working towards that day when I finally will be all that Christ saved me for and wants me to be.
No dear brothers, I am still not all i should be but I am bringing all my energies to bear on this one thing: forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, eye straining to reach the end of the race and received the prize for which God is calling us up to heaven because of what Christ Jesus did for us.
I hope all of you who are mature Christians will see eye to eye with me on these things, and if you disagree on some point I believe that God will make it plain to you — if you fully obey the truth you have.
Dear brothers, pattern your lives after mine and notice who else lives up to my example for I have told you often before and I say it again now with tears in my eyes, there are many who walk along the Christian road who are really enemies of the cross of Christ. Their future is eternal loss, but they are God is their appetite: they are proud of what they should be ashamed of; and all they think about is this life here on earth.
But our homeland is in heaven, with our Savior the Lord Jesus Christ in heaven; and we are looking forward to his return from there.
When he comes back he will take his dying bodies of hours and change them into glorious bodies like his own, using the same mighty power that he would use to conquer all else everywhere.

There is something to be said about knowing what you want in life. When Paul made his turn from the old ways of his life to the new waves of walking with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, everything changed for Paul.
Paul knew what he wanted… he knew that his goal was to see Christ in Christ alone. All the things he thought were important were tossed aside, and he chased after Christ day after day wanting to be more like Christ than anything else.
Lately, I’ve taken my eyes off the prize of Christ. I come before you letting you know that all of us have weaknesses.
Without Christ, we are nothing.
Without Christ, we have no hope.
The word of God online was designed for my discipline and dedication to the word. I put this site up so that I could not only focus on the word of God daily but also to share it with others.
Walking with God daily is our hope. Having a relationship with Christ, like any other relationship takes time, nurturing, understanding, compassion, and love. To increase in Christ, we must decrease in what this world offers.
The fruit of our lives will be determined by the fruit of our spirit. The fruit of our spirit will be determined by the sincerity of our faith and our love of God.
I would like the close today with a prayer… dear god, please come back and place the desire to know you and to love you and to worship you on a daily basis back in my heart Lord. All that I hear and see around me is worthless. It is nothing without you. Lord, I know you have us all here for a purpose, a purpose that will be fulfilled through us by you. Help each and everyone of us to see what that purpose is and help us in walking it out. Lord I believe you called me to use my skill sets and my knowledge of the Internet to spread your word across the globe. Help me to see your vision father, and use me for your interest, not mine.
Lord, I praise you for who you are, what you are doing, and what you will do. Give me the strength father, to look towards the future with great anticipation of your coming in the second coming of Christ. Give me your joy Lord, give me your heart Christ, and come Holy Spirit can reside in me today. Let me chase after the fruit of the Holy Spirit with all my heart.
Father, for all who are listening give them peace and comfort and joy today. Let not one person who comes to this site go away without the Holy Spirit invading their soul and quickening their spirit and help them to correct any paths they need to correct it to ask for forgiveness for any say in that they may have committed.
God we thank you for this new covenant that allows us to have a relationship with you and allows us to make mistakes and come back to you at the foot of the cross and lay it all down in the name of Jesus and to be rinsed and washed clean by the blood of Christ so that we may know you better. Amen
