One of the toughest questions Christians face
Genesis 18 verse 25
That wouldn’t be right! Surely you wouldn’t do such a thing, to kill the godly with the wicked. Why, you would be treating godly in wicked people the same! Surely you wouldn’t do that. Should not the Judge of all the earth be fair?
1 Peter 4 verse 18
If the righteous are barely saved, what chance will the Godless have?
As we go through our Christian walk, we are called to mature as Christians and to move towards begin more Christ like. This is serious work and comes with consequences and trials almost every step of the way. Our faith needs to be refined like Gold. But our value to God is much more than any stockpile of gold. Do you believe that?
One of the biggest calls we have as Christians is to walk in Love. It is so evident in our world today that there is a serious lack of this love for one another. Last night when I was driving home late at night, I came to a toll booth, it was around 1am in the morning in Maine (not alot of traffic in my neck of the woods at 1 am). And some guy had made the mistake of going in a closed lane when going through the toll booth. As I pulled up to the lady to give her my toll, the man in the car who had gone through the wrong one, was walking over to pay the lady his toll. Instead of her taking the money, she told him to get back in his car and back up and go through a lane that was open and then looked at me and rolled her eyes like as if to say…”What an idiot!”…Being called a fool or idiot is one of the worst things we can call someone.
The Holy spirit rose up in me, and I did not listen or follow the instructions to tell this woman to walk in love. I knew I should of 10 seconds after pulling out, I had missed an opportunity to share my love with her. These little opportunities rise up each and every day. As Christians we are called to love one another, and I am not talking about just Christians loving Christians….
1 Peter 4 ..Vs 7… The End of the world is coming soon. Therefore be earnest, thoughful men of prayer. MOST IMPORTANT of all, continue to show deep love for each other, for love makes up for many of your faults.
WOW…the importance of Love in our lives…
It goes on to say…
Cheerfully share your home with those who need a meal or a place to stay for the night. (don’t think he is talking about friends that live around us)
We, as Christians are called to love and love deeply all people. When I saw this woman last night be harsh to the man who was trying to do the right thing, it really made me sad.
What Chance will the Godless Have?
It is heartbreaking that many do not know or purposely push God out of their lives and ignore what is inevitable. We will all stand before God and be judged for how we have lived our lives.
Remember, we are Christians and we are barely saved. What Chance will the Godless have?
So how do we deal with this as Christians? How can we help?
We walk in Love! We model love in a loveless life and surroundings. We bring light into our day where darkness prevails. We are the warriors of Christ who bear the burden of the cross with Christ. We take up our cross and mature as Christians to become more Christ like and walk in Love in all situations we face. We must show and exult GOD in our lives if others are to see us as “Different”.
The World has its ways, and there is no question the world is spinning out of control. We have a chance to shine amongst the Godless and walk in love and mercy and kindness.
Remember to Walk in Love in all situations, This love from God will never fail you!

Money is a big deal in our daily lives and today we the econmic global crisis we are facing, it may be an easy opt-out to stop titheing.
So do you tithe?
Do you know what Title means? The word tithe means a tenth.
We are to give our local church 1/10 of our income.
God has asked us for this.
It is NOT a salvation issue as just by asking Christ into our hearts, we can rest assure that this aspect is taken care of.
But, there are multiple areas in the bible where we are asked to tithe 1/10th of our income.
This is a critical alignment to NOT miss. God says to test him in this and see what happens.
When you tithe, you are unleashing a force that is going to greatly impact your life. I know this to be true. I have seen it and witness it as well.
All that we have is FROM GOD. Our house, our cars, our money…you name it, it is a gift from God and HE OWNS IT ALL.
Do not miss an opportunity to step out in faith and do this step that God has asked you to do. He knew long before these money troubles that we would be going through them.
There is no suprises for God.
Tithe, and be faithful to what you do have and watch what happens. If you are hesitant, give it 90 days and report back as to what happened
I guarantee you will be blessed for God says it so. And God can not lie.

God always comes through when you rest in Christ.
Yesterday I had a call from my daughter and she went on to explain that she is feeling overwhelmed with work and also homesick. This is the first time she has been on her own and she is in the midst of a very demanding biblical training program.
Her life is so full almost daily that yesterday she just got to that point where we all get in life of just wanting everything to stop and slow down.
So she talked to myself and my wife for a while and by the end she felt better. She still had a busy evening ahead of her as she had to bo back to church to witness a baptism.
Late in the evening, I got a text from her. She sounded so excited.
God’s Glory was on display for her to see, and she soaked it up.
God produced a beautiful double rainbow that went from one horizon to the other. On one end it was so bright and majestic that it just blew my daughter away.
All the stress of earlier in the day was gone and she was basking in the magnificence of our glorious God as he was what I like to call, showing off
It is amazing how God always comes through when we are weary and tired and it seems like we can not go on, God has a way of lifting us up and keeping us going. And sometimes it is something really simple that reminds us of the Glory of God and how wonderful he is. The refreshment of a rainbow was exactly what my daughter needed, and God showed up to lift her spirits.

So let’s get this picture into perspective.
You wake up this morning and God tells you to go to a place 2000 miles away and you are to announce to all the people there that the Lord has said, “I am going to destroy you, for your wickedness rises before me; it smells to the highest heaven.”
So how would you respond to this call?

Would you pack up your bags right now and go 2000 miles away to a town or city to tell them they stink and will be destroyed by God?
This is what God asked Jonah to do! Jonah in The Book of Jonah, states in chapter 1 verse 3, “But Jonah was afraid to go and ran away from the Lord.” (good luck with that)
We know the story and how jonah ends up in the belly of a whale.
God will get you to a place to where you must deal with his calling. Jonah had a mighty call to fill, but was afraid. I think we all to some degree may get scared when God has something for us to do. But the truth is, there is blessings and power in following what God has for you to do. It is up to you to abide, and let God’s Holy Power cover you and guide you through the Holy Spirit.
Is God Calling You Now To Something? Are You Listening and Abiding?
This as stated can be VERY challenging. Knowing what God is calling you to do can sometimes be a VERY small thing and other times be very big.
I think that God will first test us in little things to see if we respond before bring us something much bigger to do.
What is first in your life?
When you wake up, where do your thoughts go? Are you
rushing to get to work? Are you hustling and bustling
to get the kids off to school?
How easy it is for us to start our day off without the
most important aspect being addressed.
GOD
There is a relationship that far exceeds any relationship. The spiritual relationship with our creator. This is an ongoing relationship that God desires to have with you. He wants to guide you and help you thorughout the day.
It is in Genesis 8, vs 20, 21 where the waters of receeded and It is time for NOah and his family who were saved in the mightly flood that covered the whole earth, to come out of the ark and begin life again.
I am sure that many thoughts and actions could of superseded the thoughts of God, as there was a new life to begin. Where to build a house, where to farm, and many other aspects.
But what Noah did FIRST, is build an alter and worship GOD. Noah had his priorities right. DO You?
Daily life can be tough, but I have personally found it to be much tougher if I bypass my time with God.
SO What is first in your life?

Malachi 1:2
“I have loved you” says the Lord
Do you find yourself in a place where your life is just not working?
Do you feel inside there is something missing that you long for
Have you walked away from God and now questioning about returning to the Lord?
Sometimes we are own worst enemies in the internal battle in our minds may keep us from returning to the Lord. Maybe you think that the sin that you have done against God is just too great. Maybe you are walking in the ways of the Lord for a long time and something bad happened that caused you to turn away from the Lord.
Or maybe you just find yourself a point where you know there is something missing inside of you, or you know that there is more to life than just living on this earth.
Although God does not want us to send, Jesus came so that we may be forgiven. Jesus came to take all our sin upon the cross to redeem mankind. That’s a pretty mighty chore, but God sacrificed his son for you and I.
Now there is no perfect Christian, and certainly I’m not here to post up my position in any shape or manner. As it says in the Bible we are all filthy dirty rags. Also I’ve had my share of comings and goings in regards to my walk with the Lord. You can witness it right on this site looking in the archives of times I’ve stepped away or walkaway are not posted on here and not been disciplined enough to continue my walk on a daily basis with God.
And you know what?
That’s okay with God!
If any of the questions above petty concerns about God’s love for you, or your willingness to come back and having God accept you, then let’s lay that issue to rest right here and now.
No matter what has happened you will be excepted with open arms, with God’s loving open arms as he beckons you back into fellowship with him.
Other many different sects of Christianity that proclaim different things. This is where the waters of Christianity can get very murky depending upon whose guidance you are under.
It is important, and talked about in the Bible about the importance of having a home church, a place where you call home. That’s easier to say that it is defined today especially if you are seeking the truth. One thing is for sure there is one truth and the truth is in the Bible. The other major truth here is that we are to have a personal relationship with God. One that is between you and him. We are also called our relationships with people. But they are two separate aspects that do meld together in our walk with Christianity.
So if you are seeking God, no matter where you are right now you can get down on your hands and knees and ask God for forgiveness and repent of your sentence and begin a new today. You don’t have to wait, you don’t have to have some special person or Christian to speak over you, although it would be good to share it with another Christian missing is you can put your commitment is to the Lord. You can simply just say to God, “God I am here. You know where I have been, you know where I am now, and I’m here to confess my sins, and wish to be washed by the blood of Jesus to be cleansed of my past doings. I accept Jesus Christ as my Savior, and I believe he is your son and that he was resurrected on the third day after he was crucified. So I come here humbly before you asking for forgiveness of the things I have done that I know in my heart are against what you would have for me in my life. I want a new life Lord! A life that includes you in my daily life! Show me Lord, show me the way. And give me the desire and wisdom to chase after you with all my heart every day. Do not let me go to sleep without talking to you, without reading your holy Bible in seeing what you have for me each and every day. I come before you God and I give my life to you in Jesus name amen”
If you just pray that in you sincerely meant it, I want to congratulate you on an amazing choice in a bold moment in your life. Your life will never be the same when you have Jesus in it! You have been washed and cleansed and forgiven of your past no matter what that past looks like. Although man will bring up our past and hold it against us God will not. He wishes to wipe the slate clean just as much as you do. If you don’t have somebody to talk to you can either e-mail me by clicking on contact us or you can call me at 207 — 795 — 0395. My name is Sam and I would be happy to talk to you about the decision you just made.
